Update the Plugin

Choose the upgrade option in WordPress or manually download and upload the plugin into your wordpress. It will update any previous version before it to the latest version of the plugin.

After updating the plugin, deactivate and reactivate the plugin. There are processes that only occur during these times (verify plugin page) since they are tied to your theme. Anytime you change your theme, make sure to deactivate and reactivate the plugin as well.
